Biblical Meditation
*Biblical meditation is focused attention on specific bible verses using mind, body, and spirit. Biblical meditation often includes slowing down the mind and body so as to focus more intimately on the Word of God and/or connecting and coming into greater communion with God. This may include taking in and out breaths or releasing tension from your body while focusing on specific scriptures, prayer, or communion with God. The objective of doing things like taking in and out breaths or releasing tension from your body is to slow the mind and body enough so that you can enter a greater state of stillness with God and receive.

Biblical Guided Visualization
*Biblical guided visualization is meditating on specific bible verses/themes using visualization techniques and the five senses. This type of guided visualization can train your mind to focus on productive thoughts consistent with the Word of God instead of harmful negative thoughts. Training your mind to do this can bring greater peace, increase physical and emotional well-being, and reduce worry and anxiety. For many, guided visualization can be a powerful manifestation tool when combined with prayer.
