Biblical Affirmations

*Biblical affirmations are positive present tense statements supported by specific Bible Verses. Biblical Affirmations cannot only help renew your mind and spirit, Biblical Affirmations can also help you replace old negative thoughts and beliefs with positive thoughts and beliefs that are in alignment with the Word of God. For some people, repeated affirmations can be life-changing.

Biblical Meditation

*Biblical meditation is focused attention on specific bible verses using mind, body, and spirit. Biblical meditation often includes slowing down the mind and body so as to focus more intimately on the Word of God and/or connecting and coming into greater communion with God. This may include taking in and out breaths or releasing tension from your body while focusing on specific scriptures, prayer, or communion with God. The objective of doing things like taking in and out breaths or releasing tension from your body is to slow the mind and body enough so that you can enter a greater state of stillness with God and receive.

Biblical Guided Visualization

*Biblical guided visualization is meditating on specific bible verses/themes using visualization techniques and the five senses. This type of guided visualization can train your mind to focus on productive thoughts consistent with the Word of God instead of harmful negative thoughts. Training your mind to do this can bring greater peace, increase physical and emotional well-being, and reduce worry and anxiety. For many, guided visualization can be a powerful manifestation tool when combined with prayer.

Our Founder

Our Founder, Shayna A. Pitre, was born to a Christian Father and Jewish Mother. As such, from an early age, Shayna naturally had questions about faith and spirituality. The question that kept returning to her was who exactly is Christ and was she Christian. After praying to know Christ for over a decade, God answered Shayna's prayers and in perfect timing, too. One month after Shayna found Christ, a traumatic memory resurfaced and shortly after that both her parents were diagnosed with cancer. This was the most difficult time in her life but she knew she wasn't alone. She had Christ. So, Shayna drew in closer to Christ and immersed herself in the Word of God. One day, she read the scripture that calls us to meditate on the Word day and night. She decided this she would. That is when she started creating scripture based meditations, affirmations, and visualizations all from the Word of God. It helped her get through each day and grow stronger. Through darkness, she found light. Through her suffering, she found strength. Through pain, she found peace and now it is her time to share this light with others.
