Through this meditation and Apostle Paul's teachings, we honor that we are one body, one spirit and that we belong together in unity and that each and every one of us is indispensable and valuable to the whole. Through the practice of the love and kindness & the peace and compassion that Jesus taught we grow stronger together and our bonds grow stronger, too.
